This supplementary privacy notice applies to all those participating in the Good Luck Challenge, including:

  • Teachers
  • Schoolchildren

What information do we collect and why do we need it?

The information about you which we collect in connection with the Good Luck Challenge is: 

If you are an adult

  • Your first name
  • Your surname 
  • Your Email address
  • Your Telephone number
  • Your school or youth group name
  • Your school or youth group address
  • Your school or youth group postcode 
  • Age ranges of young people
  • How many pieces of artwork and/or letters you are submitting
  • How many young people are involved in the challenge
  • Your Good Luck Challenge entry (if you decide to include any information about yourself in this)
  • How you heard about the Good Luck challenge.

If you are a pupil/young person

  • Your first name
  • Your age
  • Your Good Luck Challenge entry (if you decide to include any information about yourself in this).

We need to gather this data about you to administer and deliver the Good Luck Challenge, including sending relevant communications to participants.

Who will have access to your personal information?

We will share your personal data with Everfi (our supplier of rewards fulfilment services) and our online form building and form submission management service supplier Zoho.

How is processing your information lawful?

The OC’s lawful basis for processing your information is that it is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest, namely the Good Luck Challenge.
