Keep Dancing for the Commonwealth dance project is a dance piece where dancers over 50 have choreographed with Xpress-Yourself artists. The performance will be at a tea dance where you can come along and not only celebrate their achievements but also celebrate being able to be together again.

Moor Pool Hall is a central part of the old Moor Pool Estate and has been bringing together different people in the Harborne Birmingham area since 1913. Moor Pool Hall hosts many weekly community activities and has hosted Xpress-Yourself Dance CIC Keep Dancing classes since 2018. Keen to be part of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, this was the perfect opportunity for both organisations to plan a project that would support local people and bring people together to celebrate in a building with significant Birmingham Heritage.
