A collaborative new dance work that responds to the Commonwealth Games by asking how best the UK (and specifically the Midlands) can welcome Indigenous people in 2022. With the support of the Canada Council and the High Commission of Canada, a dialogue between diverse artists in the UK and First Nations artists in Canada generates a piece that is both an exploration of shared histories and an emerging ceremony of welcome.
