There is something for children of all ages, and parents/grandparents too. You do not need any prior musical experience to enjoy these sessions - just join in and have fun!

Bring your whole family to come and share traditional and family songs, singing games and lullabies, and enjoy a relaxed singing session with Ex Cathedra's award-winning education and participation team.

Milap

An introduction to percussion and rhythms from South India with Prathap Ramachandra. With a demonstration, and the chance to learn about the patterns, drumming styles and the language of Indian rhythm.

Prathap Ramachandra is an internationally acclaimed South Indian percussionist, having taken his sounds to some of the biggest stages in the world and performed in some of the biggest festivals around the globe.

Motherland Music

Motherland Music invite you to join fun-filled sessions exploring the music of Bollywood films. We will create our own vocal and rhythmic music inspired by this incredible art form. Everybody is welcome to join in to celebrate the beauty of Bollywood music in these exciting and joyful sessions.
