Transport Museum Wythall
From 26 March Special Celebratory DAys 2 - 4 June and 2 October Chapel Lane, Wythall, Worcestershire
Transport Museum Wythall present a new exhibition for 2022 celebrating the life and times of Birmingham City Transport buses. The city owned and operated most of the buses in Birmingham until 1969, each proudly wearing the coat-of-arms on the distinguished colours of dark blue and cream. Birmingham City Transport’s buses were built and maintained to the highest standards, the city earning the fullest respect of the transport industry. The Transport Museum has gathered and restored a fabulous collection of these old Birmingham buses, starting in 1913 and showing the different generations, and will be displaying them together as an exhibition for the first time. Visitors also can enjoy free bus rides as part of their entry fee.
