Dishes of Change is a rolling 8-week food school for young people from diverse backgrounds. Students learn how to cook meals from around the Commonwealth. The aim is for young people to understand Commonwealth identity and each other through food.

The scheme is based on seven themes which include: Africa, Asia, Pacific, Europe, UK, Caribbean, Birmingham (communities). Each week the young people learn how to cook a healthy meal, rich in taste and culture of the seven themes.
