Project Details

LUV, which stands for listen, uplift, vent, is a self-development program aimed at engaging young women between the ages of 11 and 19 through a series of development activities. LUV Programs are a collection of workshops, focus groups, training sessions, and one to one mentoring sessions that support young women to acquire the necessary skills to excel in life.

The project engages with women from some of the most isolated communities. These women participate in activities that support their development and help them to become more confident, skilled and resilient. The program is designed to uplift and empower teenage girls, promoting self-love and raising self-esteem.
