We’ve partnered with Gi Group Apprenticeships to deliver the Birmingham 2022 Apprenticeships programme.

Over the next 12 months apprenticeship roles in different areas of the organisation will be up for grabs. These include roles in business administration, ticketing, venue development, procurement, workforce, sport, and security.

Birmingham 2022 will be supported in its search by its official recruiter for the Games, Gi Group, whose involvement in Birmingham 2022 was announced earlier in the year.

Together with Birmingham 2022’s, recruitment and HR teams, Gi Group will also provide the best possible apprenticeship training and learning support and ensure the new recruits have a rewarding experience during their time with the company.

The apprenticeship scheme announcement comes after Birmingham 2022 confirmed that it is looking to recruit another 50 members of staff before the end of 2020 and that by the summer of 2022 it will employ around 1,200 people.

The first apprenticeship roles available are for business administrators. Find out more and apply now on the jobs page.

To help you prepare for the apprenticeship recruitment process, Gi Group have produced some helpful guides.
