In order to register for tickets you need to create an account on the Official Ticketing Site 

You will need an email address to create an account and will be asked to set a unique password for log in.

  • Once you have filled out your details, click the ‘Register’ button.
  • We’ll send you an email to activate your account. Please activate your account prior to logging back in.
  • This will generate you an account using your email address as the username, for which you can then use to log into the Ticketing site with on your return.

Please note you must be at least 18 years of age to register a ticketing account.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use our website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software

If you have attempted multiple times incorrectly to log in then as a security measure your account will become locked. Please use the help button on this page and one of our Customer Support team will be able to unlock this for you.

This is likely due to a localised issue on your device or web browser that you are attempting to visit our site from. Please try the following Troubleshooting Steps as this should resolve the issue for you: Firstly try to clear your browser Cache and Cookies to create a fresh session (ideally open the website in a new incognito browser window) as this will ensure that there is no old session conflicts from previous visits to the site causing you a login issue. If this still fails to work, then try a different web browser e.g. If using Safari try Google Chrome or Firefox etc.

You can update any of your personal details and preferences via the ‘My Account’ section once logged into your account. Simply amend your details as necessary and  once done enter your password in the field provided and click the ‘Update’ button. You will not be able to amend or change your email address via this function as your email address also acts as your physical username credential for logging into the site. We’re incredibly grateful to all the people who have already expressed interest in volunteering at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

We will be launching our volunteer programme early 2021. At this time volunteers will need to make themselves available for interviews and training sessions, which will take place 6 to 12 months prior to the Games.

By the time the Games begin in July 2022, there will be around 1,000 people working for the Birmingham 2022 team carrying out a huge variety of roles.

All current vacancies for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games are listed at www.birmingham2022.com/jobs. Vacancies are also frequently promoted through our social media channels.

We appreciate all of the interest we have had in wanting to be part of the team organising Birmingham 2022. However, it is best to apply for specific, advertised roles as opposed to sending a speculative email with your CV.
